Congo Kid, a very useful restaurant review site for London, arrived in my mailbox a bit after the fact, but should come in handy for my next trip. Read the review of Belgo Centraal. Funny, I don't recall any monk's habits, just little pink elephants on the sides of my beer glass.
I saw the trailer for Lemony Snicket: a Series of Unfortunate Events before the Harry Potter movie last Sunday. I don't know about you, but I think that Jim Carrey is going to suck hugely in the role of Count Olaf. Oh, he looks the part, but his constant mugging is going to ruin the character. [sigh] If only Vincent Price were to become undead.
