Shivering the Timbers of the Cross

Y'know, if my church hired a one-armed pirate ventriloquist to be the pastor, you'd probably find me attending services again.

Then again, they could just get Deputy Bob or some other cop vent to haul my dark, backsliding soul into a pew.

Or maybe I should go into the ministry myself? "Advanced Puppetry Leadership" sounds kind of cool. I can see myself as a Puppet Leader, but don't they tend to be the first ones up against the wall when the revolution comes?

HAPPY DUNG!

An inexplicably odd Korean Flash cartoon. I'm guessing that it has something to do with the helpful bacteria that grows on poo, but I'm not sure that I really want to know. That's fake dukey, by the way. Trust me, I'm an expert.

Cover Letters for Dummies

Overqualified is a collection of deliberately inept cover letters in which author Joey highlights some of his more...[ahem]...non-traditional attributes for the benefit of prospective employers:

"The depression and suicidal fantasies of three years ago are nothing but a memory to me now. I am a man consumed with passion, and your products have given a new meaning to my life. Without you I do not know where I would be, and I do not want to know. I am happy now, pursuing my goal. My dead family and I are in your debt, and I long to help you in any way I can. I feel I could make a real difference at your company. "

Clearly, I need to rewrite my resumé.
