With his high-profile gigs at bOINGbOING and MAKE:zine, it's sometimes easy to forget that Mark Frauenfelder is an excellent artist/illustrator. His work is clean, simple, and charming. He'll be showing 9 of his original paintings at the Roq La Rue Gallery in Seattle starting this Friday and running through December 1st.
P.S. What's the deal with the recurring motif of the astrological symbol for Jupiter?
