Kapu Kai and Mai Tai Pie
Here are a few photos from I, Zombie's luau last night in Minneapolis. We met a lot of nice folks and had a great time. The food and drink were excellent. We contributed a Mai Tai Pie, made from the recipe in Beachbum Berry's Taboo Table. It was a big hit.
The highlight of the evening was the unveiling of an original Witco fountain from the old Kapu Kai restaurant in Cucamunga, CA:
