
Dinner tonight included lamb chops, brushed with olive oil, fresh rosemary, and lemon pepper, then grilled over mesquite, and served with garlic Naan bread, Basmati rice, and green beans with mustard and ginger. An excellent bottle of 2005 ViƱa Borgia Campo De Borja Grenache was uncorked to accompany our feast.
