Retro-ologist, Charles Phoenix, created an amazing Tiki Turkey Day feast for National Public Radio, featuring the stunning Moai-shaped turkey meatloaf shown above, along with Cranberry Mango Salsa, Hawaiian Bread Stuffing, Banana Yams Kahlua, Coconut Curry Green Bean Casserole, Volcano Mashed Potatoes with Lava Gravy, and for dessert: Flaming Coconut Pineapple Apple Pumpkin Upside-Down Pie Cake.
Unfortunately, I heard about this too late to abandon our plans for a Cuban-style thankgiving (which was pretty darn fabulous too), but I will definitely be re-theming this incredible repast for the Christmas season.

I'm going to be very busy until the end of the year, so don't expect too much.
