oguru: I think the writer was making a little pun. "Rum" is british slang for "odd" or "strange", z.B. "It's a rum thing."
As for calling me the midget blog, that's probably appropriate in more ways than one...:-)

Thanks for clearing up that part. Your blog is certainly odd compared to most mainstream stuff - and it might be powered by rum anyway - but he or she should have thrown in a word about tiki anyway ...
