Fezgasmic II: Meta-Fez Boogaloo
I normally don't blog blatantly commercial websites, but the shameless link-whoring of Troy Zimmerman convinced me to post about Fez-O-Rama, and in particular, their Fez of the Week collection of one-off, custom hipster headware. I'm particularly amused by this "meta-fez" design. Be sure to check out their line of production fezzes that include some very spiffy Tiki designs.

hey now, i think the cult of the eye is a great group, but i can't believe they've been in existence for more than 20 years or so. i think the collecting of fezzes by those into cocktail culture goes back before then. i don't think fezzes are so much a 'part' of tiki culture as they coexist. i've been collecting funny hats since about 1980, but i must admit i bought my first fez in about 1993.
