More Schwag from L.A.
I received the 2 boxes of booty that I shipped to myself from L.A. last Monday. Click on each thumbnail to view a larger image. The first box contained my carefully-wrapped booze:
L to R: Kalani Coconut Liqueur, Lemon Hart Demerara 151 rum, Ypioca Cachaça
The 2nd box contained my 3 antique-store scores:
L to R: Tangaroan Tiki statue, Aztec mask (mislabeled as Hawaiian), Moari tiki mask

I have grave doubts of the BBC's ability to field a new, competent Dr. Who. The Dr. Who movie introduced so many holes, such as the half-human nature of the Doctor, that a massive lead-pipe retcon will be necessary to restore my equanimity.

I don't recall enough of the movie to say whether the new series even attempts to address any of those inconsistencies, but I've always managed to enjoy Dr. Who despite it's gaping plot holes.
