Oooh, Really Scary!

And the horror-host links just keep on comin'. Here's a few highlights from E-gor's Chamber of TV Horror Hosts:
Dr. Gangrene's Mad Lab of Terror: who'da thunk that Nashville was such a heinous hotbed of horror hostery?
Son of Ghoul: I think I saw this guy at Hog Fest in Colorado last year.
Horror of the Svengoolies: the most horrible thing about these two is the design of their website...
Milwaukee Horror Hosts: Tales of Pabst Blue Ribbon and Monkey Poop that will make your SKIN CRAWL!
Zacherley: the coolest ghoul of all.

Oh, man. That Milwaukee link is like a quick romp through my childhood. Wow.

I felt the same way going through Local Legends for the first time.
M'Wacky had a pretty happenin' horror scene. I'm always a bit surprised by how many hosts some of the smaller markets turned out.

Ah, that Saturday night in 1971 when Bob Wilkins introduced the SF Bay Area to The Horror of Party Beach. Much later there was Attack of the Mushroom People. Such memories. Thanks, Mr BH.

You're quite welcome, Uncle J. What the hell happened to late-night television anyway? I used to stay up all night to catch El Santo and Keiju flicks. Nowadays, if you turn on the tube at 2am on a weekend, you won't find anything but infomercials and Baywatch reruns.
It's no wonder our society is in such a mess.
