Yay, the Cartoonist is back from Belgium and blogging again! I wonder if he encountered any Belgian superheroes?
And what could be more Belgian than a paper cone full of hot Vlaamse Friets slathered in Mayonnaise and the statue of the Mannekin Pis (Flash)? How about some Belgian jokes?
